Saturday, May 26 2007 at 9:00am The Great Markham Stampede will open its doors at the Markham Fairground to the “Amazing Superdogs”. These athletes have traveled the world entertaining over 30 million people and now for the very first time the Town of Markham will be added to their list.

WHO ARE THE SUPERDOGS?
They’re great athletes . . . they’re great entertainers . . . they’re great dogs . . . but, most of all, they’re great friends and the family pets of over 150 experienced trainers who star in the many SuperDog Shows and Productions. From the “The Bow Wows of Broadway” to “Hollywoof”, “Starwoofs”, “The Wizard of Paws” & “Hairy Pawter,” their shows are the canine version of a cross between Ice Capades and the Harlem GlobeTrotters. Their latest
tour includes “Woof, Rock ‘N Roll” and “SuperDisco/SuperDogs,” and "Celebration". |

Trained to run, jump and retrieve at incredible speeds, and soar to unbelievable heights, they have become . . . the world’s most popular dogs. These famous stars are the feature attraction at major fairs and exhibitions such as the Calgary Stampede in Canada and the Texas State Fair in Dallas. For more than twenty-eight years they have been the highlight at international events such as the Royal Horse Show in Toronto and the National Horse Show in New York. They have been the major stars at festivals and pet expos such as America’s Family Pet Show in Los Angeles.
The SuperDogs perform with all the speed, skill, spirit, and endurance of an Olympic athlete. At the same time they combine all the qualities that make for the most humorous and funny situations and performances. You can never predict the spontaneous reactions of these clever performers.
